Devoré - From the French word: 'Devorant' meaning: 'to devour'.

(Places are limited so please book early)

The design is created using a paste which removes the viscose pile but leaves the silk backing intact when dried and heated. This leaves a 'sculpted' textile which can then be dyed, creating a stunning two-tone effect. Experimentation with various dyeing systems will be included and students will work towards a velvet scarf length. Suitable for beginners as well as learners with some experience.
